1) How long does a typical project take?
Most one-off items (business cards, flyers) wrap in 3–7 days.
Logo Starter: 1–2 weeks • Visual Identity Kit: 3–4 weeks • Brand System Plus: 5–7 weeks. Timelines assume 48-hour client feedback.
How many revisions are included?
We work in clear rounds: Each package has a different amount of revisions allowed. Extra rounds or new directions are billed hourly and scheduled promptly.
What files do I receive and who owns them?
You get print- and web-ready exports (PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG) plus source files when applicable (AI/INDD/FIG). Upon final payment, you own the rights to the approved deliverables.
How do we start and how is payment handled?
Kick off with a quick consult and proposal. A 50% deposit books your project; the balance is due at delivery.
For websites, optional Hosting & Maintenance is $150/mo (updates, backups, security, minor edits).
